LB7 Underground Battery Loader

Xingye Machinery LB7 battery loader has a rated loading capacity of 7 tons. Its power source uses large-capacity lithium iron phosphate batteries and is equipped with a dedicated BMS for the loader. It can adapt to various special working conditions. The battery pack energy is up to 281.92kW?h, which can ensure that the loader can work continuously for 5-6 hours with the ore output 450T-500T (the data comes from the actual measurement of the mine customer, and the haul distance is about 150 meters). The battery adopts air-conditioning forced water cooling system to control the temperature, and the power system adopts AC permanent magnet synchronous motor drive, and the energy conversion efficiency is as high as 95%. A dual charging gun holder is reserved on the charging side. The charging method supports dual gun fast charging. In the fast charging mode, 85% of the charge can be completed in only 50 minutes.
