Bridge cutting machine Model XZQQ-625A with steel base
Bridge cutting machine XZQQ-625A is suitable both for small and big factory. This machine is good for cutting marble and granite in a manual or automatic way.
XZQQ-625A has the ability to cut max 3200mm length, 2000mm width and 200mm thickness. The blade holder head can tilt 45 degree to chamfer the stone. The table tilts up to 85 degree. It also rotates 45 and 90 degree automatically and rotates all degrees semi automatically. XZQQ-625 is the idea to cut size to size and countertop.
Mechanism parts
--The main mechanism parts of this machine including the bridge, the guide and the blade holder head are formed from cast iron giving unrivalled long life, precision, corrosion resistance and acoustic benefits. The surface preparation of the machine is starting with all the castings being sandblasted, washed and then the two painting are applied.
--Bridge: The Bridge beam movement left and right on oil filled guides is made by a pair of synchronized rack and pinions. with the possibility of play adjustment ,and with the facility of movement.
--Blade holder head: The motor drives cutting blade directly. The whole head tilts up to 45 degree enable step cutting when chamfering. The blade RPM is 1440. slide movement runs in a lubricate oil bath ,with enclosed guides to prevent the entrance and humidity
-- working head has the disk casing incorporated in its casting ,so as to gives greater strength to the mandrel axis.
 
--Cross rail: The rails are made in strong cast iron, with rack in oil bath, these slide guides protected against dust and interchangeable
 
--Table: Made in steel with 600kg load capacity. It is 3200mm length and 2000mm width. Table tilts up to 85 degree to easier slab loading by hydraulic. It rotates 45 and 90 degree automatically and can be positioned at all degrees semi automatically by hydraulic break.
--Steel base : reasonable union structure is more suitable and easy for installation , and stable for accurate cutting . also
-- The control switchboard ,water proof ,is located on the right side of the machine and includes all the remote control, thermal cut outs, main insulator switches and electronic movements controls.
 
Hydraulic system:
Table movement is controlled by hydraulic.
Blade holder head up and down movement is driven by electric motor.
 
Electric system
--Forward-backward commands for the bridge selector device on the control board for the section of the operation program: marble /granite
--Relative keyboard that allows to set four (4) different translation size of the bridge, each repeatable up to 99 times.
--laser collimator as for facilitate the position of the blade on the cutting line.
--contemporaneousness possibility of vertical and horizontal disk holder head movement for productivity increase.
--The electric parts of this bridge saw we adopt famous brand ,like TE inverter , Omron PLC and encoder.
--Safety pressure switch for arresting the process operation of the unit in case of water lack.
--the electric cables and the tubes for the cooling of the tools are supported by nylon chains from the connecting point of the base of the machine to the electric control board and from the electric control board to the operating head.
