Single shaft shredder introduction:

The design of single shaft shredder can meet the requirements of waste recycling of various industries, it is suitable for plastic, paper, wood, fiber, rubber, household garbage recycling treatment, etc., there are a wide variety of recyclable materials, we according to the size of the material feed, output and final product size for customers to provide the optimal scheme.

The torn material can be directly recycled or further refined as required.

This series of single shaft shredder adopts Siemens programming control system, which can be automatically controlled. It has the functions of starting, stopping, reversing and overload automatic reversing. It has the characteristics of low speed, high torque and low noise, etc.

Depending on the material type, the output of the single shaft shredder is between 300 kg/h and 5000 kg/h.

Cutting principle of single shaft shredder:

The cutting part of uniaxial shredder is composed of cutter roller, cutter grain, cutter and sieve. The minimum installation clearance between cutter grain and cutter is 0.1mm.

The motor drives the cutter roller to rotate at a high speed through the reducer, so that the cutter grain mounted on the cutter and the fixed cutter form cutting. After the first cutting, if the size of the material is less than the aperture of the sieve, the material will be discharged from the mesh. Otherwise, the material will be cut twice or repeatedly in the cutter box until it reaches the size of the discharge.

* Equipped with a knife shaft cooling system for materials with low melting point to prevent materials from burning due to high temperature.
