Processing and manufacturing:
Bisplate 400 wear-resistant steel plate has high hardness, good wear resistance and excellent impact toughness. With the optimization of wear resistance, toughness and welding properties, bisplate 400 can be easily welded by conventional welding process with low hydrogen electrode. All thicknesses of bisplate 400 can be cold worked, but the higher strength of the plate is considered. Confirm the machining capacity of mechanical equipment before processing. The heating temperature of steel plate should not be higher than 250 ℃ to avoid the influence of mechanical properties
